By accessing or using mBlueWave, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

mBlueWave is provided for authorized business and operational use. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and only in accordance with these terms and any instructions, policies, or access restrictions that apply to your organization or role.

3. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with another person or attempt to access another user's account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our own unauthorized actions.
• We may suspend, restrict, or revoke access where needed for security, operational, legal, or administrative reasons.

4. Customer and User Data

Data entered into or processed through mBlueWave remains subject to the applicable business, employment, contractual, and legal arrangements governing that data. You must only submit or manage information that you are authorized to handle.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use mBlueWave in a way that violates law, regulation, contract, or internal policy.
• Attempt to interfere with platform security, availability, or integrity.
• Upload malicious code, misuse credentials, or attempt unauthorized extraction of data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform except where expressly allowed by law or written agreement.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep mBlueWave available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Access may be limited or unavailable due to maintenance, connectivity, software updates, third-party dependencies, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Product-Specific Terms for CrewExpress

• CrewExpress may be used only by authorized users linked to the relevant crew or operational context.
• CrewExpress features may depend on active assignment, account status, device registration, and successful authentication.
• Offline access or local storage features are provided to support operational use, but synchronized server records remain authoritative where conflicts arise.
• You are responsible for reviewing entries, reports, comments, and signatures before submission.

8. Intellectual Property

mBlueWave, including its software, design, content, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to its operators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

9. Disclaimers

Except as required by applicable law or agreed in writing, mBlueWave is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from or related to the use of mBlueWave.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue parts of mBlueWave from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.
